Step 1: Initial Contact and Appointment Scheduling

Reach out to us via phone call, text or email to inquire about our services.

Schedule an Appointment

We will arrange a convenient time to visit your property.

Evaluation Visit

  • A member of our team will visit your property to discuss your needs and preferences.
  • They will present our available packages and extra services, along with their prices.
  • During this visit, the service date, package, and price will be agreed upon.
  • For new clients, a $50 deposit is required to reserve the service date.


Step 2: Service Day Preparation

Property Review

  • On the agreed date, the same team member will revisit your property.
  • They will review its condition to ensure the cleaning crew understands the selected package and your expectations.
  • They will confirm the details with both you and the cleaning team to ensure everyone is on the same page.


Step 3: Post-Cleaning Inspection

Final Inspection

  • Once the cleaning crew reports they have completed the job, our team member will inspect your property. 
  • They will ensure the cleaning meets our company’s standards and your satisfaction.


Step 4: Payment

Final Payment

  • After the inspection, the person in charge will collect the agreed upon payment. 
  • If a deposit or discount coupon was applied, it will be deducted from the total. 
  • Payment options include cash, card, Zelle, or personal check.
